For this you will need:

Paintshop Pro - trial version HERE

Superblade Pro - HERE

My Zip File of Image, Font and BladePro preset  HERE

I used PSP version 9, but can be done with all versions

Place your font into your font folder, the sbp preset into your superblade pro 'environment and texture' folder
 and the image in a folder of your choice

Open your image....edit...copy - close your original

Edit...paste....as new image

Layers....convert to raster layer

Layers....new raster layer

Set your foreground to white and your background to #866985

Click on text tool with these settings:

Note: if you didn't put the font in your windows font folder, but placed it in another folder, find it and double click on it to open it, then minimize it....

Type your name, and depending how large your name is, shorten or enlarge it to fit nicely over the image
(See where I put mine above)

Layers....convert to raster layer

Selections....select all....float....defloat

Effects....superblade pro with these settings:

Effects....drop shadow....-1....1....50.....1.....background #6f566c

Selections....select none

Effects....drop shadow with these settings:
(make sure the shadow is on a new layer)

Click on your layer palette and highlight your shadow layer:

Click on your lassoo tool with these settings:

Then using your lassoo, trace around the area of the hand....then delete:

Selections....None...

Layers....Merge all flatten...

Image....Add Borders with these settings:

Magic Wand:

Click on the black of the border.....

Set your foreground to gradient with these settings:

With your fill tool, click on the black inside of the ants

Selections....select none

and that's it :-)

Of course you can animate it, use different colours for your font....different borders....masks.... etc.......

The one above I made with no border, but added a new background layer with the bg #866985, then added the 20/20 mask
