You will need: Painshop Pro Texture Discovery HERE Alf's Filter's CHGrad HERE
Set your foreground to black and background DF9802 New Image 400x400 Fill with black
With your selection tool set to
rectangle draw a rectangle and fill with DF9802 like this: GGo to Effects....Geometric.....Spherize.....strength 100....circle
Save as sphere.jpg Open the Texture Discovery and find the sphere.jpg Then click on 'Texture'....'Texture Mapping Preview' Tiling about 11 x
1.....(you can make it less or more, it's up to you) Now hit the 'Printscreen' (PrtScn) button on your keyboard Back to Paintshop and 'Paste as New Image' With your selection tool set to rectangle crop around the picture with the ball, so you will have less of what you copied.... Layers......Promote Background Layer Now with your
selection tool set to circle, go around the ball....then
Selections....Invert... and hit the Delete Button.....Selections....None.... Nice ball :-) Nearly there..... Go to
'Effects'.....Texture Effects.....Fur.....with these settings... Starting to look like a pumpkin? I painted a stem in green.... I used an inner
bevel: Then I used CHGRAD from Alf's Filters with the default settings And Voila!
