Tubes , gradient and font

or if you can't open the zip, open the EXE Here (extract the gradient into your
gradient folder)
Open your tubes and
minimize....
Open a new image 540x540
With your selection tool set to
rectangle, make a square and while holding the shift key, draw a
rectangle underneath the square
Set your foreground color to gradient with mcq
blue metal and fill the selections
Set your selection tool to rounded rectangle
and draw inside the big square, like so....
Now, hit the delete key, so the
fill color is gone
Keep it selected....new raster
layer.....
restore the catwoman.psp
tube....right click on the blue bar and choose copy
Back to your selection image,
right click on the blue bar and choose, paste into selection
On your layer palette,
highlight the catwoman layer, (layer 2) and set the opacity to
about 45-50....
Back to your selection layer,
(layer 1) and go to effects...inner bevel with these settings...
With your selection tool draw around the
bottom rectangle like so....
And push it up, so it is
against the square above.....
Open up your catgirl tube and
again right click on the blue bar and click copy....
Back to your selection image
and right click on the blue bar and click on 'paste as new
layer'.....position it like below....
Now if you just want to add
your name on the bottom rectangle, just add your name either
with your own font or the computer font provided....72...anti
alias...stroke width 1.5.... and add a
shadow or H and V 2...opacity 65 and blur 7......then 'merge
all' and apply the same shadow to the finished picture....
Or if you like mine, make a new
raster layer and with your selection tool set to circle,
draw a little circle on the
bottom rectangle at the left....same bevel and shadow as
before..copy and paste as new selection on the right.....
and with your selection tool
set to rectangle, draw a little rectangle in the middle....same
bevel and shadow.....move that layer below the catgirl....you
should have now something like this......
Click on 'merge visible'.....
Go to menubar....'image'.....canvas
size and set to 600 x600....you will now have plenty of room to
add your name on the side.....
New raster layer.....
foreground color set to
black....background fill mcq blue metal....
Click on your text
tool.....computer font 72....floating...stroke width 1.5...anti
alias.....type your name....click ok....
With your deformation tool,
rotate your name, so it fits on the right like this....
Same shadow as before....of
course you can use the same bevel as well, but I liked it better
without :-)
And Voila! You did it!
Here's an animated one I
did....you'll need Filters Unlimited...download from HERE
I copied the 'catwoman' layer
and used 'filters unlimited'....video....tv screen....closed off
one layer....merged all....copied....then took it to animation
shop.....
Back to psp....clicked on
'undo'.....opened the other layer....closed off the first
one....merged all....copied....back to AS..then pasted it after next.....set
the frame speed to 15 and that's it :-)
